Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a very interesting class and the students and the teacher were involved. We had fun conversations throughout the course that related back to our study.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me about the different mental illnesses and how the brain develops differently for each person. This helps me because I work in a retirement home where I communicate with people everyday. This course has taught me how to talk to each individual as a person rather than a disease.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are willing to put in a few extra hours of studying then go for it! Don't get discouraged because it's an AP class. It's not about the difficulty of the course it's about how much work you're willing to put in to it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone who has a love of behavioral science. It is a harder class however the material is too interesting to not have smooth sailing throughout the course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the class so far would have to be the Neurobiological section. I found that being able to pick apart the parts of the brain was not only interesting in itself, but also helpful in spotting disease or injury in the future!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your terms. The class is very easy, if you take the time to memorize scientific concepts that will be utilized in class, and on exams. It also helps segregate the different sections of Psych and make FRQs (free response questions) a lot less stressful.
