    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you aren't particularly passionate about Spanish, I wouldn't recommend taking this class because it is a lot of work and will definitely take you out of your comfort zone that has been established through the past years of your Spanish education(unless you speak Spanish at home, of course). However, if you work hard, pay attention, and participate, then AP Spanish can be fun and rewarding. If you do take this class, I can guarantee that you will feel a lot more confident speaking spanish anywhere you go.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the cultures of different Spanish-speaking countries was by far my favorite part of the class. We learned about holidays, famous people, famous landmarks, and even read stories about myths and religion through different lenses of the Spanish-speaking world.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Take all your assignments seriously and do your absolute best to always speak Spanish in class. But don't get to uptight, enjoy yourself and have fun with your classmates--you guys are all in the same boat!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice your grammar, be ready for lots of conversation so always bring your confidence with you to class
