    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was entertaining on the daily because you hear stories from multiple cases everyday. The course also makes you think about what your interpretation of the Constitution and where you stand based on the issue. Before I took this course, I wish I knew that the tests would be oral arguments because I sometimes get nervous talking in front of large groups of people but Mr. Elbaum does a good job of making it easy and it is really easy to adapt to. This course also is one where you can apply it to your life as soon as you step out of the classroom.

    Course highlights:

We learned about a lot of the first 14 amendments, but we did not learn about the third amendment. The highlight of this course was being on the Supreme Court during oral arguments because you get to poke holes in people's arguments and see how they try to defend their case or deflect the question to their partners.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise you keep all of your packets for the final paper because it was a lot easier than looking each case up individually. Also, pay attention in class and take notes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It provided me a good basis of the law and what rights I have as a citizen.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the oral presentations we had. As our tests, we had a mock SCOTUS and lawyers, and we made our case to the judges.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class to precedents set.
