Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Geren was very good with making sure the information stuck and kids were actually learning. His use of so many analogies was exceptionally helpful. When test days came around, the information was so easy to remember.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot of history regarding California. That was my particular favorite because we got to discuss how the United States stole California and neighboring regions from Mexico. American crimes being discussed is particularly interesting to me because I feel we do not do enough to acknowledge past sins.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to do your notebook and make sure to keep up with it. The notebook alone can make or break your grade. Don.t wait until the last minute to do it. Study for tests from the day you take the notes so you're not cramming last minute.
