    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I struggled because it is a different type of math class. It deals with real world problems, not equations.

    Course highlights:

Mostly real world problems. We practiced theories and learned the history of some mathematicians.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It wasn't my favorite but it was relatively easy. Group projects are fun.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor S is a perfect teacher for students who learn best by the book and teacher examples. To start off, he provides a packet that you fill out during class as his notes. I really enjoyed this part of his class because it immediately tells you what you need to write down and what is not as important. The packet is also great because professor S has very long power points that usually don't fully pertain to the class, so the packet keeps everything organized. If you enjoy having quizzes every week I suggest this class! The constant amount of quizzes allows you to maintain a decent B+ even after bombing a midterm or final exam (that is assuming you do great on your quizzes). He is also very good at helping students during office hours and holding after class optional meetings before midterms as a study tool for his students. The only con I have for the class is perhaps the opinion that his lectures can sometimes drone on and feel endless, but I would still definitely take his class again despite that!

    Course highlights:

The packets! The kept his lectures very organized. I mostly learned math, but he did have the occasional surprise fact that puts the whole class in shock at times.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Really follow along with the class, and DO NOT MISS CLASS! Missing one of his classes is probably one of the worst things you can do to yourself. Due to the fact that his notes are the packet he gives you, if you need to figure out how he got a certain answer during the class you missed and you go to his BlueLine page to see the notes not only are the spastic incomprehensible, but he also provides 30 minute videos that are so absolutely boring I can almost guarantee you won't finish. It is honestly easier to just learn from the source himself.
