Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a really great course and the teacher is awesome! He knows what he is talking about and ca rattle off dates and years that are really impressive. This course is challenging but it isn't too hard to get an A! 10/10 definitely recommend.

    Course highlights:

I liked doing the projects in the course. I had to do a project on the Post-It note and I learned so much about it and about other inventions my classmates had did projects on.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that you definitely need to study for the tests a lot! The tests are pretty hard and there are many projects in the class that take a lot of time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is important to learn about events in history in order to ensure that history does not repeat itself. This class gives students a solid background of major events that shaped our nation. The class overall engages students into why our nation is the way that it is today and allows them to formulate ideas about what could be done to improve the country we live in. History is a necessary requirement to graduate, however, taking history for college credit gives students a more in depth learning experience, and gives students credits going into college which helps them save money later on.

    Course highlights:

In H105, out of all the subjects we went over, the most interesting was slavery. In a time where discrimination is still prevalent in society today, it is interesting to see how far our nation has come in regards to what extremes people will go to in efforts to discriminate others. We learned about how slaves were mistreated, traded, and eventually tried to escape from this system. This was overall the most memorable topic we went over.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, students need to pay attention in class making sure that they are taking notes. They also need to stay caught up on the reading assignments because it is necessary to have read the information in order to do well on the exams. Before an exam, it is helpful to go over the course questions in the back of each chapter in order to review the material that will appear on the test.
