    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It teaches you the basis of ethics. I love everything about ethics . it teaches you what is right and what is wrong.

    Course highlights:

I took this class on line and I think any class taken on line is more difficult than in class but I really enjoyed it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do your discussion board ealrly. Don't wait to the last minute to do them because then it takes time away from you studying.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would certainly recommend this course due to its interesting subject matter and the support offered by Professor Tuma. So long as you apply the subject matter in the occasional essays that you must write and the conversations you have in class, you are sure to impress classmates and viewers alike.

    Course highlights:

I learned the various principles of bioethics and how they could be applied in everyday life. I most enjoyed the class discussions because students are required to express their opinions amid very controversial subjects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise potential students to read the course material and to openly participate in the discussions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a very interesting class i enjoy attending. I have done a lot of writing in this class. I have watched 5-6 movies and have read one book, and then had to write essays-critiques from ethical stand point. Even though you have a LOT of homework ( I took a blended learning class, half in class and half is online), you will actually learn a LOT in this class.

    Course highlights:

I have learned the difference between autonomy and paternalism, deontology and utilitarianism, beneficence and non-maleficence. I have learned a lot about eugenics and genetic control in general. Professor went over the doctor-patient relationship rules, obligations, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend every class, as it will really help with your homework. Don't procrastinate and keep up with your readings (online and textbook).
