Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great class and absolutely incredible professor! Very enjoyable lectures and interesting content.

    Course highlights:

This course taught everything from sleeping patterns, to health/mental/personality disorders, and even the child development process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open ear and always be open to learning both new info and common misconceptions (things you always thought were right, but aren't).

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Gerding is a funny man and he makes learning about psychology more fun.

    Course highlights:

Class discussions are the highlight of the class; to hear everyone's opinion about the topic. I learned that it is impossible to write notes from a PowerPoint and listen to the lecture at the same time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. Attendance is important. Professor Gerding can't teach one if one isn't present.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not only will you get to learn how people tick but you will also learn helpful tips on how to deal with stress, be a better person, relationship advice, and so much more!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would have to be learning about mental illness. Before I never really paid close attention to them and just assume they were all the same. In the end I realized it was actually very diverse in more ways than one.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday. Ask questions. Read your book. Study. Study. S T U D Y!!!!!! Don't be afraid to go to office hours. Make friends with people in your class and form a study group. Just try and don't assume this class is "easy" and you should be fine.
