Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The discussions in that class blow my mind every single day. He pushes us to think in ways we never imagined. He also pushes us to be better, but he never pushes us to the breaking point.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the discussions. I learned how easily persuaded people can be.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the books and participate. It makes a huge difference.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

At the time of taking this class, I thought I wanted to major in English and perhaps becomes a teacher myself. The teacher I had was excellent, and the class discussions were immersive and interesting. The books, for the most part, were wonderful reads. The year I took these classes flew by. I believe that's how you know it's a good class.

    Course highlights:

Learning more about Shakespeare and his work. Studying Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing were the highlights for me. Also the activities and projects within the course were enjoyable.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Sparknotes is NOT your friend. Do yourself a favor and actually read the books. The tests have questions about the tiny details that online websites gloss over.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Gardner is a great teacher. Easy to get along with and very easy to learn from.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how I can become better and build more self confidence in the class. Also I learned to like reading a lot more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work hard and be diligent. It may seem hard but it is pretty easy as long as you put the effort into it.
