I would recommend this course to any students who is going to major in a math related subject. For example Engineering is a career that uses calculus.

I learned how to think critically. It is a course that really makes a person think deeply about a problem that is given. It is a very real world based type of course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice i would give students considering this course is to manage a great deal of time to sped studying it because it is not an easy course. It definitely requires a lot of help so having many friends who are taking or have taken this course wold be a great way to get help on it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP calculus is an extremely difficult course full of time consuming tasks and hard exams. However, this course teaches students important information for college. I have learned how to study for AP exams and how to do homework assignments for learning and not completion. I recommend this course to any engineering student you wants to get calculus 1 out of the way before college.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to study for AP exams and how to complete homework for concepts and not just completion.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend you study hard and at least 3 days in advance for the tests. Don't slack off and ask for help when you need it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's great course. You will expand your Calculus knowledge to the scope of derivatives and integrals all the while preparing for the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

I learned the most important and helpful tools of calculus in this course which I believe are derivatives and integrals because through these I can then find the answer to most level 1 Calculus problems.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work hard. Most of what you need to kno will be in class and not in the homework. So show up each day prepares to engage yourself in the lectures and the classes themselves because that is the best way to prepare for tests and succeed through that.
