    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very comprehensive and will prepare you for future science courses.

    Course highlights:

I gained valuable study and time management skills from this course. I also learned the ins and outs of the human body, especially the skeletal system.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study her study guides for exams and read ahead a little bit. Some questions on the exam reference topics you may not have gone over in class yet.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many ways to learn: powerpoints, quizzes, lab, etc.

    Course highlights:

Teacher is willing to answer any question and will repeat if need be. No criticisms. Learned to identify different parts of the body quickly since lab exams only allow you to stay one minute per station.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to study. Lots of memorization, but doable.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was an amazing introduction to anatomy. I took this course because it was a prerequisite course for nursing and enjoyed every second of it. We went over the material in a great pace and I felt prepared for every exam.

    Course highlights:

The highlights included lab and being able to dissect a cat, a brain, an eye, and more. The entire class enjoyed having a hands on class where we learned something new every day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you come to class every day and read over the power point lectures. The book is not necessary but the lab manual is. Make sure you study for each quiz and each exam. Memorizing is key.
