Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Yes! If this is a required course, definitely take it with Dr. Walker! He is very comprehensive and will make sure that you pass the course with a good grade.

    Course highlights:

Taking this course helped me realize that Nursing is definitely the career that I would like to have. It has made me learn new things about the body that I was not really aware of and I am sure that I will use this information in my Nursing career.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course, make sure that you know your Anatomy and do not think that you will pass it if you dont participate.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend pursuing this course if you want to really understand the human body, and also for major requirements. I you love medical stuff, physiology is it for you. You have to have taken and passed anatomy to get into physiology.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning how proteins are so diverse and without them, you'd essentially deteriorate. I enjoyed the case studies we did to really understand illnesses and their accompanying symptoms. Group labs really helps when you don't understand something, and it helped me become more interactive in class and to participate more.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read your notes at least 5 minutes a day; it'll help you not cram your studying time for upcoming tests. Rewrite your notes and watching videos on youtube helps!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr. Walker understands how to make a seemingly tedious and petty endeavor interesting. He has a personal anecdote for every lesson plan and interestingly enough the stories aid in my understanding and regurgitation of that information.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the lectures for sure, and the stories.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ BEFORE COMING TO CLASS. I think a huge thing that most students underestimate is the power of familiarizing yourself with a concept before the teacher even begins to lecture on it.
