    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I've had this professor twice and I like the way she teaches, always engages the classroom and makes the material really easy to understand. Also the amount of reading that you'd have to do is minimal, which is another plus.

    Course highlights:

I learned about how society functions on different levels, and about the many things that influence the people living in society. I learned about functional theory, where society is seen as system composed of many different parts that work together to stay stable. Conflict theory, which highlights the power struggle between different groups in society. And symbolic interactionism, which sees society on a micro level and observes how individuals interact with eachother.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You really have nothing to worry about when coming to this class, it's super easy, and there's not a whole lot of note taking. Just pay attention in class like you'd do in every other class and you'll be fine.
