    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is very fun. There are a lot of hands-on activities, guest speakers, and videos. Not only is the class fun, but you learn so much useful information about medical careers and treatment. I loved this course and I think you would too.

The highlights of the course were the CPR and First-Aid sections. You receive certification to perform CPR on infants as well as adults. Also, you get certified in First-Aid for whatever issues you may come across. Not only this, but you will learn tremendous amounts of information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was a great class to take in order to understand more about the field of medicine! Not only was Mrs.Shimer a fantastic teacher to learn from, but also had many hands on activities and fun field trips to make sure the class wasn't just work, but also fun.

    Course highlights:

There was a lot to be learned from this course. Most of the concepts learned were from the vocabulary and it was east to pick up on the words, roots, and definitions. The highlight of this course was definitely when the class would get into groups to practice certain things such as CPR, study activities, and how to take care of a certain individual under different circumstances.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class, it just takes initiative. The work was not difficult, nor extensive, but in order to be successful in any class, you have to want to learn the materials. It doesn't take but half an hour a day of looking over the materials to quickly understand it fully. Just a little effort goes a long way and making flash cards is highly recommended.
