    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is the best AP course that I have taken through my four years of high school. Mrs.Mccue was a wonderful teacher and she made the class and the subject an amazing experience.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning how the human brain works and the different approaches that produce various perspectives. I learned that cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic are three of the several approaches in which we analyze the human brain and it's functions.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice students to pay very close attention when taking this course because they are very interesting and important details that you don't want to miss. Although she gives a lot of work it all pays off when the AP exam comes around.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is an amazing teacher that really understands the student life. She does not go easy on you, but she is practical. The course is taught very well, separated in which the human brain retains it. She uses the workbook and textbook that goes hand in hand with the AP exam.

    Course highlights:

The way in which the course was taught was put together in a way that you will actually retain it and it makes sense. The course itself is very interesting and broken down. Due to different ways of people learning the material, the course comes about the assignments and lessons in different ways.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Actually put in your effort. Not only will you excel in the course, but you will learn and retain the information that will come in handy in everyday life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was interesting to learn the basics of psychology while gaining a college credit in high school (I was dual enrolled.) This class was intriguing and very informational.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I learned the generalities of the course of psychology. I learned of many different psychologists, including Pavlov and Freud, as well as different theories. My favorite part of the course was the chapter of discussion on the mental disorders as I found it to be very interesting and the in depth discussion was intriguing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, students should set aside time to study the material thoroughly. Vocabulary is a huge part of this course so making flashcards to study would be very beneficial, or using an app such as Quizlet. Also, outlining the chapters before class discussion helps to retain the information better and if there are questions even after you've read and processed the material, your teacher can further elaborate on areas of difficult understanding.
