    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Theres a lot more to Psychology than what people think. It's not only parts of brain and how they work. It has to do with behaviors and emotions and eveyrhting else. Psychology should really be a course that is required. It helps understand more of those with disorders also.

    Course highlights:

Learning information I did not know. And after learning about the nature vs nuture and how the bahvior effects and emotions all work together basically. Very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for discussions and lots of writing, but well worth it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very informative, and makes you think. Great for curious minds and those that love science! Even if you don't have a love for science- the case studies, history, and theories are intriguing and help you in daily life. Psychology is a good course to take because it helps you understand people and why situations occur. This course is absolutely fascinating, especially with a great teacher!

    Course highlights:

I have gained so much more of an understanding with myself and others around me. ex( why people act the way they do, why i personally act the way I do, how my body interact with each other etc.) The highlight of this course for me has to be the mental disorders (schizophrenia, PTSD, Bipolar, Anxiety, etc). This truly was a course where things just made sense if you asked questions and completed classwork. There would be so many times when I would be doing homework and get distracted on YouTube because I found an interesting documentary on the topic I was assigned. The is the only course in high school that I wouldn't mind researching into for my own personal benefit, for the mere fact of satisfying a curiosity.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the textbook and taking notes is the most important thing. Reading the text is one thing that cannot be stressed enough. Ask questions, whether it be from your peers or teacher, don't allow yourself to be lost. Have fun! Psychology is such an interesting topic and even if the teacher you have doesn't teach the way you want them to, there are so many videos out there that can explain the chapter.
