Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love this class. At the beginning I thought “this is too much”. Those 750 word discussion boards and additional 750 word reply to another person’s is very scary. However, she was there every step of the way guiding me and providing example of how everything should look by the deadline. She do have a strict don’t miss class policy but it’s a guarantee 100 point by being there that can bring a C to a low B alone.

    Course highlights:

In any public speaking class you learn how to overcome stage fright. I learned APA citation and how to use the college online library which has been very helpful in other classes as well. I also learn the different types of presentation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this class you need to be on time to class. Try to make every class count by reading the class book. Don’t be afraid to ask question and go to the library. Also its important to carefully read directions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was graded very harshly but did improve my public speaking abilities.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class was getting up in front of an audience and learning how to be comfortable talking with all eyes on you as well as sharing things with others that is close to your heart.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to other students to just relax and be yourself during a speech.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Hart is a fantastic professor with a huge personality. He listens, he never judges and he's understanding. His teaching style is very unique and he grabs your attention and doesn't let go until class is over.

    Course highlights:

I learned to face my fears and just dive in. Life throws things your way and it's your decision to fold or keep moving. Mr. Hart is a mover, who made it his job to try and motivate his students to be movers as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in Mr. Harts class, I would advise any student to pay attention in class and attend every class. He gives key notes that will be on quizzes on exams during every class.
