    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class to those who are studious workers and attentive. Much of what this class focuses on is what the teacher lectures on, so 100% of attention needs to be given to the teacher at all times. Those who have a strong math background have an advantage.

    Course highlights:

I learned about significant figures, how to organize matter patterns, phases of matter, solutions and their behavior, chemical reactions, and stoichiometry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a strong math background and make sure you are able to work diligently. Listen to the lectures because they are key to passing the exams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it helps further your knowledge on science, especially the elements. It is a prerequisite for many high-level science classes that the student may take later on.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about math, even though this is a science course. We learned about significant figures, dimensional analysis, and quantum numbers, amongst many other topics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Although the teacher may not give specific homework, make sure to always practice and do the "optional" review worksheet, because it will help you study for the end-of-unit test. Always study a little bit every day, don't wait until the day before the test and cram all of the information in.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a course that prepares you for real life. It will challenge you but will improve your thinking process until you perceive things differently.

    Course highlights:

I learnt that all sciences are interconnected, that you cannot see knowledge as oh, bio and come the book. You have to use previous knowledge to create a better outcome.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to find different sources of material and always do practice problems. Applying the theoretics into problems is harder that what it looks like.
