Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
Dr. Girton is one of the top three professors I've had. He really explains the material well.
Course highlights:
A good amount of the material covered in this course was needed in other classes with no-so-great professors.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Don't bother with the book, everything was covered in the homework
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
It is an interesting course. Dr. Girton is an amazing professor and is one of the best. Dropped many quizzes. Did lots of examples in class and provided many practice tests.
Course highlights:
I learned all about surface integrals, line integrals and triple integrals. Learned about vectors and tangent planes to list a few.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Do the practice tests and go to office hours.
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
I would highly recommend it if you were good at and enjoyed calculus 1 because it was very similar. Dr. Girton was also a great teacher which made the class worth while.
Course highlights:
The highlights of this course was that the math being done was in 3 dimensions. I learned how to better picture 3 dimensional scenarios in my head which helps with the math.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
The course gets harder as it moves along, however everything is additive so pay attention from day one and from there on it's just baby steps and will be easier to follow.
