    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I was fortunate enough to have been offered this course in 9th grade. There, I was taught important skills of valuing geography in culture and how it permeates into all facets of my life. As I broadened my education further in high school, I was able to build upon my knowledge learend in AP Human Geography in classes such as AP World History, AP Environmental Science and AP Capstone Seminar and Research. I believe this class is crucial to establishing the fundamental education skills all students crave.

    Course highlights:

My brilliant teacher Mrs. Osadczuck prided us in creating examples and scenarios that were current at the time. When I took the class, the Olympic games were coming up, and we set our curriculum about reasons for the placement of the games and possible sources of tension. This past year in Rio's olympic games, I was able to remember the traits we learned and apply it to another experience. I will use these skills forever.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Diligence is key. Absorb as much of the information you can and make the most of the class. I wish I could take this course again and again.

The course focused on more of the social aspects of the world but also interrelating to economic and political aspects as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I order to succeed in in this course you should greatly pay attention in the class which will greatly help you in the homework as well as the big test.
