    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because it gives you a different look on how to better yourself as a whole to live a happy and healthy life.

    Course highlights:

    I basically learned how to watch what I eat , better myself , and to just get a better understanding of health in general.

    Advice for students:

    That I would only take this course if you are trying to pursue a career in the medical field or you just want to for fun to help better yourself as well.

    Course highlights:

    everything was very interesting and learn able just learn on what to eat and what good for your body was enough.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it 100%. There is so much material here that is beneficial to everyone in their everyday life. It is a wonderful presentation of our bodies' relationship to food and how important it is. It teaches a healthy relationship between our selves and the food that we eat.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course, so far, are the wonderful ways we are learning to appreciate our diet and the effect that our diet has on our well-being and function. By understanding that food is our fuel, and by further understanding which kinds of fuels are best for us, we can begin to make better dietary decisions and eat to live rather than live to eat.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Keep up on the reading, first of all. Pay attention to the syllabus, and finally, discuss what you have learned with your friends and family. This will help that information sink in.
