This class was tough.
I would recommend it 100%. There is so much material here that is beneficial to everyone in their everyday life. It is a wonderful presentation of our bodies' relationship to food and how important it is. It teaches a healthy relationship between our selves and the food that we eat.
The highlights of this course, so far, are the wonderful ways we are learning to appreciate our diet and the effect that our diet has on our well-being and function. By understanding that food is our fuel, and by further understanding which kinds of fuels are best for us, we can begin to make better dietary decisions and eat to live rather than live to eat.

Keep up on the reading, first of all. Pay attention to the syllabus, and finally, discuss what you have learned with your friends and family. This will help that information sink in.
