    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This professor taught me many things that I will forever remember and take with me onto new levels of life and education. The course itself gives you an insight on the thinking of different types of sociologists.

    Course highlights:

One thing I loved about this course was that you stay intrigued throughout all of the lectures because they make you think and wonder. I had the opportunity to learn about various types of perspective and why certain theories are proposed.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Put a lot of thought into the essays because in a way you are summing up the chapters, resulting in a better understanding. If you did not completely understand the lecture in class it is best to continue reading at home.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It rivets the mind! Sociology will open your mind to many social issues and possibly awaken the activist in you.

    Course highlights:

Race and culture. Spoiler....race isn't necessarily real according to sociologists.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take the information too hard. Let it open your mind, but don't obsess over it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He is a really good teacher and the class is really interesting. I always looked forward to going to that class.

    Course highlights:

It's similar to a sociology class, but it focuses more on the problems with society. The discussions that we had a whole class was great because everyone had their own opinion and I learned so much on how to help the society we have today.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to go over the notes and the chapters assigned because the tests contain both information.
