Pretty easy, overall.
This was a very educational course about where I was in my health at the time that helped me to set goals and also wasn't too difficult to take with other classes oriented towards my major.
One of the main things that I learned during this course was about my body fat composition and then what types of exercises are best for different goals.

Have fun! Also, during the sections where you write a paper from an article that you were interested in, pick something that you actually are interested in. It is a unique opportunity to learn something surprising and new.
