Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The instructor I had was not a choice to pick from, so I just picked a name.

    Course highlights:

There are many hands on portions. Lots of group activities, and brain games. I use what I learned from that course everyday.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it, it's required, and the sooner you take it the better off you'll be.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class or a class similar to this class for all new students returning to a learning environment for the first time after years away from formal education. This course puts you into the mindset you will need to be attentive in class, comprehend course material, sort through the noise of higher education, discover study strategies, collect your thoughts and express them in class or while writing an academic paper.

    Course highlights:

I learned strategies for study as well as techniques for writing academic papers. I learned the use of and importance of peer reviewed information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It may not directly correlate to your course of study or degree but the time it takes to complete this course will benefit you through out your college career and beyond.
