    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher is good overall but the course is very difficult and wouldn't recommend to someone who's not very strong in math.

    Course highlights:

I learned the unit circle an trigonometric identities and I would say those are the main highlights of the course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would do the homework every single night and go over previous quizzes to better prepare you for the test. You can pass this course without a serious studying schedule.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Learned immense math skills that will be helpful in college. I've been told that this course makes college math seem easier

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your homework every night and you will succeed in this course

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are planning on majoring in something with a mathematical background because you must take this before calculus. The teacher was awesome and always made sure every student understood before moving on without holding other students back.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned a lot very quickly in law of sines and cosines. That was my favorite and easiest unit. I ended up with a 100 and 98 on the quizzes for this unit. The first semester was harder than the second, but as long as you practice, you will be fine.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Homework was always optional. It was provided from the textbook as practice from what you learned in class. This kinda encourages students to push it to the side or procrastinate until the night before a test. However, I would definitely say DO YOUR HOMEWORK EVERY NIGHT. Waiting until the last minute only adds stress and maybe not so good of a grade. Just keep up with the class because its only about 15 to 30 problems a night.
