Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it really challenges you to work everyday and forces you to think hard on each problem you do.

    Course highlights:

Mr. Garis is awesome! He will make calculus the best math course because of how he teaches the subject. I learned all about graphing and how to use calculus with graphs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the optional homework! It will be so worth it because it saves your grade at the end if you don't do too well on the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend taking Mr.Garis' calculus. There's nothing more I appreciate than a teacher who genuinely cares for his/her students. Mr.Garis is passionate about the subject and makes the class bright and interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was probably the review days. He would hand out a work sheet that you could work on with a partner the day before a test and if you had questions you just simply went up to his desk and asked and he would thoroughly explain the problems. It was just a nice, laid back day to prep for the test. We learned about derivatives and limits and different aspects of graphs. Difficult for sure but he made the best out of it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work hard. Show him that you care. That's all you have to do.
