Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course (obviously since it's required), and because I enjoyed this course and learned a lot more than I expected to.

    Course highlights:

This course was an important part in learning how to take better care of yourself, and covered a wide variety of topics.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always try your best, this course was meant for improving YOU, not to try and make you struggle. Also complete the assignments, even forgetting/skipping one can affect your grade dramatically.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's laidback but you have the freedom and motivation from the staff to exercise as much as you want in a safe environment

    Course highlights:

Not only do you exercise, but you learn a lot in the classroom. Learning about diets, sleeping habits, and alcohol abuse was very interesting

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read from the coursepack and take the quiz. It's not that hard, but it counts for a lot of your grade!
