    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very challenging. It has pushed me to study harder, and try new study methods in order to understand this material. It is taught at a very-fast pace, and outside work is necessary. However, if you are interested in cell biology or genetics, this is the perfect class to take to introduce you to those topics in a very detailed, in depth way. Dr. Kopeck is very cool and intelligent. He does his best to make the class interesting and engaging for everyone. There is also tons of group work, rather than just working individually.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course for me was the challenge. It challenges me every day to study harder and push myself. I learned a lot about myself through this course and how I study best. I also earned so much about the inner workings of the cell.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before class. Draw out every diagram that the professor goes over in class, especially the ones you don't fully understand. Also try your hardest to take your time on the online homework and make sure you really understand WHY the right answer is the right answer.
