    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it is very informative and useful if you are someone wanting to go into the field of medicine. I took the course online and I thought that the way the class was set up was very efficient.

    Course highlights:

My favorite thing about this course was the program that we used for our assignments and quizzes. We used the launchpad learning software and it was great because it was very interactive and hands on. Even though this class was online, it was very in-depth and elaborate because of the Launchpad Program. In this course we learned the parts of the brain and how they work together to form our thoughts and actions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the course material and take notes. They will help you during the Launchpad activities. Also, use the exam study guides to study for the exams. The exams are based off of the study guides and it makes them much easier if you use them to study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor just read off the slides, something I could do at home.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the inner workings of how the brain works and chemicals of the body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study really hard and you should pass

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She wasn't too intimidating, so it was easy to ask her for help throughout the course. The online quizzes are easier to do if you have the textbook, the power points won't be enough, but they do help when remembering information.

    Course highlights:

I was able to understand some of the other things going on around me and in other classes simply based on what I learned in her class. I enjoyed it enough that I thought about taking more psychology classes, and maybe making it my minor.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When you do the online quizzes, have your textbook with you. It helps so much more than the power points. With her essays, start earlier than you think. Finding a decent journal takes the most time, and make sure you can understand what it says before starting to write about it. Give yourself enough time to find another one if needed, it takes a while to find a good one.
