    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it! It is great information to know for research and cool in general.

    Course highlights:

Learning about all of the different bacteria and seeing them under a microscope!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study study! A lot of memorization so make flash cards!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Carroll made Micro pretty easy to pass. You will enjoy this class. It doesn't get too difficult. 4 tests, 1 drop. Cumulative final but all questions are previous test questions (which she lets you take copy of after each test). Quizzes online after each class, annoying but ridiculously easy (5-10 questions).

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this class: STUDY THE POWERPOINTS. I've never opened the book to be honest, and I currently have an A. The lab is more difficult. I learned all about microbiology, as you will too if you take this course. Bottom line, listen to the lectures and read her power points and you WILL DO GREAT!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My main advice would be to just read her powerpoints. Don't buy the book, you will absolutely NOT need it. Dr. Carroll tries to make it easy for you to pass, but if you're paying attention and reading, that will not be an issue.
