    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it gives a strong feeling of what programming is like. No experience needed, but would make it easier.

    Course highlights:

You learn how to program in Java. The highlights would perhaps be the environment. Mr. Law is a fun, cool teacher as long as you're fair.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't ever cheat, and ask for help, he's always willing to tutor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to any students who are interested in Computer Science. It is a great class to get you ready for taking computer science in college. It is slightly difficult, however, it is manageable.

    Course highlights:

This course taught me how to use java and implement different methods. I had a chance to work on different projects that did a good job of practicing my skills of java.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is important that you actually try to do everything and not use an easy way out. If you are hand tracing code, actually hand trace it instead of just copying it into drJava. Be sure to participate and ask questions if there is anything that you do not understand.
