    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Very discussion based class. Talks about relevant and interesting topics. In this class it is important to volunteer because this and test is basically how you are graded. The test are not surprising as long as you keep up with the reading and pay attention in class. The test focus on overall topics and as such you have to get the big ideas in order to bring the smaller points and experiments into relevance. The teacher is good about grading work and giving it back in a timely fashion.

    Course highlights:

The class is easier when you keep up with the reading. The assignments are typically short under ten pages and mostly easy to understand. He goes over all the topics in class but it is always better to come with questions. This class taught me how to bring in outdside knowledge into my essays.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all the material even the things he emails that are not necessarily madatory assignments they help make the work seem relevant and gives a better understanding of the work assigned.
