    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this as a generals course. I am a PSEO student, so I had to take this one. For me, the course was very pleasant because it's basically a review of the Pre-AP Science class that I took during freshman year of high school. It teaches you basic chemistry concepts and procedures, like stoichiometry, dimensional analysis, etc. These things I still remembered from freshman year, so the class was very very easy for me. Mr. Prowatzke is also very generous when it comes to the durations of the quizzes and tests - for our final, we had to answer 53 questions in about 2 hours, which is more than enough time. I never felt rushed at all while taking exams.

    Course highlights:

During this course, I learned about electron configuration, dimensional analysis, lab procedures, significant figures, acids/bases, measurements, and much more. Although it was more of a review, rather than completely new learning, since I took Pre-AP Science in freshman year of high school.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly encourage future students to always read the full chapters from the textbook, even though Mr. Prowatzke doesn't always assign reading. In fact, he hardly ever assigned it, but I read the chapters anyway. I found reading very helpful. Another helpful tip is to do the practice quizzes at the end of each chapter (they're about 10-14 questions), since they are a great review/study tool, and will help prepare you for your quiz or test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The labs are difficult and have not examples of the calculations he wants you to do, and they are very time consuming. The lab was also expensive $180

    Course highlights:

It is all online and you do not need to go in to take quizzes and exams

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:
