    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it delves deep into the topic of mental growth from adolescence up to adulthood while not only showing our mental growth but physical developments.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the way our brain physically changes and how it can affect our moods and our emotional connections from a young ago and also how those connections and moods can be damaged if we experience early trauma mentally and emotionally.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For this course, you need to work hard, pay attention and study everyday because there will be some form of quizzing or testing everyday. It is also helpful to study in groups and quiz each other on the content. The book for the course is really helpful but that combined with any research articles is even more helpful. Working ahead in the book and assignments is always smart but it is necessary for this course. Do your work and study and you will pass.
