    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is an interesting course and you learn a lot about humans and the development of them. You also learn more about the brain and different drugs.

    Course highlights:

I liked learning more about the different parts of the brain and how they work. It was an interesting part of the body to learn about because there are many different things that brain does and they are have different complicating jobs.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the application questions every week and complete the quizzes every couple of weeks. This will help you be ready for the mid term and the final. Most of the questions on the tests are the questions from the quizzes.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

As someone coming into psychology with no background in the subject it was a great introductory course. I thought it was a good overview of the subject.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the small group and lectures. The lectures were great. I learned about the general overview of psychology and that there is more to psychology than just mental illnesses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the application questions and take the quizzes and the course will be fine. It is a fun class so make the most of it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this class! This course was a great and thorough introduction to psychology. The professor is extremely kind and makes it her priority to thoughtfully comment on everyone's discussion post [if class is taken online]. The professor would also link articles about the topics we were learning and how it relates to current events. She also posts summaries of the chapters right before tests to help us understand the material better.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class was the discussion of the many unethical psychological experiments performed on humans throughout the years. The one that first comes to mind is the Stanford Prison experiment. I actually enjoyed the differing perspectives of the students on this experiment and others and was even surprised to see that the professor also chipped in and provided her own perspective in the online discussions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always complete the readings and take thorough notes. Complete the modules on time and please make sure that you take advantage of all the review resources present in the modules. If you're taking this course online, these modules will save your life!
