    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it will help you out in the long run. This class will teach you a lot of important writing skills that will be useful for college essays.

    Course highlights:

During this course i learned the importance of annotation. I learned how to annotate important documents and break down the text. This has helped me throughout the rest of my Literature classes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always pay attention to the notes that the teacher gives you about anything. You should always keep up with your essays and ask questions when needed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone I know. It is an AP class, so there will be a good amount of work involved. However, I believe that this class actually helps you get out of your "shell"! All the writing involved allows you to express your mind individually. The extra group assignments, such as the Socratic seminars, then help you speak your mind. It is overall a great class to learn about yourself

    Course highlights:

I did learn a lot about literature and composition of course. Ms. Hope is a great teacher who really brings the best out of people. Though what I really took out of the class was nothing I had before from my previous classes. I learned about myself. As I was told to relate to older texts and really comprehend the stories as if I were the one in them, I experienced senses of realization that really altered my perspectives and character.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise you to do your work early. Ms. Hope gives enough time for students to not only do all the assignments, but do their best. She is not easily impressed and wants to make sure that students aren't just working for the grade. Doing the assignments early, asking her for advice, and then fully completing them before turning them in is the best thing to do.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was discovering my true potential in writing. I didn't know how fond I was at writing until I took this course. I learned a new side of me.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give students considering this course would be to be yourself and allow your writing pieces to speak for you. Be optimistic!
