    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If U.S history is boring to you do not take this class. If you not like to read do not take this class. If you want to spend every night drinking coffee do take this class. If you want to be super stressed out and cry yourself to sleep take this class.

    Course highlights:

I learn a lot about the U.S and the history of America and the presidents. It gave me a wider perspective of the world around me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Treat the book as your bible! And read that bible day and night! But for real if you just read your good.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because you will learn a lot about your nation's history. You'd be surprised at how many people in society are unaware of basic things in history such as the Declaration of Independence. By taking this course you are undoubtedly making a difference in your society. As the saying goes, those who are unaware of their history are bound to repeat it.

    Course highlights:

I personally enjoyed the units on the American Revoulution and the Civil War. These units were most interesting to me because I find it hard to fathom that was a time in our nation's history where such discord was present.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This course will require work outside of the classroom. It definitely is not a course for a student looking to make an easy A or slack off. Personally this course was easy for me because I enjoy history which made studying less of a burden.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's one of the most challenging high school courses that I've taken, and it's well worth the struggle. Vaught's tough-love style of teaching gives you a good look at what type of person you are when faced with academic pressure when you're not used to feeling it.

    Course highlights:

The Presidents Charts that we had to do weekly helped me internalize a lot of the information that we were learning, and the huge study guides made me learn how to actually study. This was the first class that forced me to learn how to study, and I'm grateful that I got that experience before I went into an actual college setting.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Break EVERY assignment into smaller portions and space it out to where you get it done a day early. This was a pretty good class to learn time management in.
