    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you enjoy history, you should definitely take this course because it covers United States History more in depth than students learned in eighth grade or will learn in Regular or Honors. If you do not enjoy history or do not want your grades to drop due to hard classes, try taking an Honors US History class.

    Course highlights:

This class focused on United States History from 1400s (very briefly) through the beginning of our country, the Civil War, the Industrial Revolution, the First World War, the Roaring Twenties, the Second World War, the Cold War, to 1990s.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study for the quizzes she has each week. Write outlines for each chapter to help study for the monthly tests. Watch videos (such as Adam Norris videos that cover each chapter) to grasp the material better and gather the main points. Listen in class and ask questions. Put extra effort in the homework and projects (so for posters or presentations, make sure to follow all the directions and add fun facts, pretty stuff, etc.).

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course for anyone willing to challenge themselves.

    Course highlights:

I learned to study. The class itself, in my opinion, isn't the most interesting, but if I learned one thing is that if I have to study for 8 hours then I'm going to do it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY STUDY STUDY You need to read and understand and repeat! once you can easily recall and explain the information you are set.
