Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking Intermediate Algebra with Professor Hoffman because he provides a strong foundation for higher level math courses. Before I took his class I was no where near ready to take college algebra, but now my knowledge of algebraic concepts is proficient. Hoffman made lectures enjoyable, which made math more enjoyable for me!

    Course highlights:

I learned the foundation of algebra in this course, which includes factoring, working with polynomials, solving systems of linear equations in multiple variables and quadratic functions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in any math course, you need to put in the study time. To know math, you have to practice it which means doing your homework. If you understand your homework and know how to solve all those problems, you are ready to be tested on the material.
