I would recommend this course because it is a prerequisite to other classes and also needed in a general associates degree this class teachers and reminds of the fundamentals of math.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All courses take time and you need to prepare for the class and never hurts to study but most importantly do you work and take your time the best thing you can ever learn with math Is check your work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

College alegbra in itself has the potential to be a challenge. However, with Mrs. Brown as my professor, I found myself making scores I never though I could make. Mrs. Brown makes the class super easy to understand and she is very helpful. With her help, anyone can pass this course.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I was able to strengthen my math skills overall. Math was not my strongest subject going into this course but during this semester I have been able to make perfect scores on my tests. I feel more confident in my math skills as well as more prepared for more challenging math courses.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course, first and formost, aim to take it with professor Brown. She is very organized, understanding, and helpful. I would also advise you to take advantage of the tutors in the mathlab as well as professor Brown's office hours if you have questions or doubts about something. All of those resources have been key in my success in the course.
