Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course material is incredibly interesting. It's rare for all students to be so initiated in learning more of this subject. You learn about yourself as well, which isn't the case with any other course.

    Course highlights:

Our teacher was simply exceptional. Mrs. Handal was able to not only keep us engaged, but also help us understand the difficult material in a condensed and interesting way. The case studies were incredibly fun to learn.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the case studies that your teacher assigns, as it will help you follow along in class and better understand what your teacher is trying to teach you. It may get difficult at times as the vocabulary and terms used in these studies could either confuse or overwhelm you, but persist, and it will pay off.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Handal is an amazing teacher who will do all in her power for you to pass that exam while making sure her class isn't directed towards just passing the exam as much as actually learning the psychology behind the studies and making the class interesting and finding a way for everyone to learn. Some of the studies read like a book and in some you could take them as puzzles trying to piece things together in order to arrive at answer. don't look at these like work look at the studies as work because at the end of the day work is work and even if you have your dream job work will get boring and repetitive eventually so find a way that entertains you and you think f the class more as a fun learning experience than work to pass that exam.

    Course highlights:

All the ways we found to interact and make these studies awesome was amazing all just all the things we learned in this class helped us have a better understanding of psychology. i personally like the Thigpen and Cleckley study best because it reads like a mystery novel and you don't see it as work. Handal is also a caring and involved teacher who is fun to be around will always be there to help you with a level head and motherly nature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommended this class. i would tell you to do read all the material because it will help you immensely and you might be lost in the middle of nowhere if you don't. this goes as an obvious like with all other classes but do the work this work will actually help you pass the exam its not busy work its directly related to the studies and the exam and you'll thank yourself later if you do.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only is Mrs. Handel is a excellent teacher whom is very engaging with her students and who strides to make sure every student understands the curriculum but this is a course that gives its students a wide range of education that's all about the human mind.

    Course highlights:

Psychology has many highlights, the teacher is supreme, the knowledge that is presented to you is very important in life and very interesting, the classroom is very engaging and always open for discussion and my favorite moments were when Mrs. Handel did group participations that were so fun and we learned so much at the same time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to voice any questions concerning the subject matter to either your peers or teacher. Mrs. Handel is always ready to go the extra mile to help her students understand. Don't procrastinate and leave everything for the last night because the work catches up on you and she grades based on the amount of effort is shown (she knows if you did it really quick or did it taking your time) and don't worry if it takes you a little bit longer to understand the subject.
