    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor was always enthusiastic and helped. You could tell that Gartner had enjoyed the topics she was speaking about. Also, anytime you needed clarification, she was always ready to help.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning more about the brain and how humans think. Although it was too in detail, I loved learning the basics and learning the different theories of how people perceive things. Also, I think Gartner taught a good amount of information that is always good even just for basic knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely recommend studying throughout the course. The professor allows you to use notes on exams, but not the final so it was difficult to cram all of the knowledge in right before the final exam.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It inspired many deep conversations. We would have talks about why we think the way we do, and it would inspire a class-long discussion over some facet of the lesson that fascinated us.

    Course highlights:

I remember one class we were talking about the upcoming election, and it was the first time I noticed how amazing it was, seeing everyone in the room participating, many with differing viewpoints, but not so much debating over why we wanted so and so to be president, but more about why we had differing viewpoints to begin with.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to talk. You will not get as much out of this class if you just sit back and let everyone else do the talking. It might not be the easiest thing, but you will be glad you did it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course was similar to high school psychology. The class was engaging; It was both simple enough to understand and in depth enough to intrigue.

    Course highlights:

The professor covers every major perspective of psychology, touches on the different experiments and psychologists important to each, and even delves into careers as a psychologists from time to time.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests are open book, but after I took notes, I did not need to refer to the book or my notes what so ever.
