    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I have learned more from this class than any other science class I have taken. The teaching is excellent and the course is very challenging yet rewarding. It has inspired a passion in me to know more about science and has tantalized me with the wonders of nature, from color spectrums to sub-atomic particles.

    Course highlights:

Highlights include the multiple labs students participate in, the in-depth teaching, and the constant opportunity for improvement. The teacher is always available to help explain subjects to you if you're having trouble and there are many opportunities to improve poor grades. I learned subjects such as periodicity, thermodynamics, and stoichiometric relationships. You will have to work hard to succeed, but it's worth it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Form study groups, talk to the teacher frequently, and keep up with your homework. Definitely read the notes, or you'll regret it later. There are online study tools on flipquiz.com you can use to prepare for tests.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's definitely an easy course if you know your basic math. You get to do labs almost everyday.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the periodic table and what elements are common in everyday solutions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask the teacher questions. Some of the material can be confusing so, it's important to build that relationship. Also, practice is very important.
