    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is for freshmen in Ronald Reagan, and it is offered in South Campus by two different teachers. My teacher was Karla Lopez, this is the best teacher I have ever had in a long time. She gives lots of work, but I promise you it will be worth it. Her class is the only class that I remember everything from when I was a freshman. She is an amazing teacher, caring and understanding as well. She will not only teach you, but she will be your friend.

    Course highlights:

My favorite activity from this course was the exposition at the end of the year in which we showed our artifacts made for our protect presentations, and explained every chapter and era that we learned throughout the year to family and friends that came to see the exposition. The chapter that most impacted me, or the one that I remember the most, is chapter 17, in which we learned about the Industrial Revolution and how it impacted our every day lives.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the homework. Don't study details, study the highlights of the chapters and you will do just fine in this course.
