    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this to students who feel intimidated by starting a new chapter in their life, as it teaches many valuable lessons on how to succeed as a student and throughout life in general. I took my class online, so it was very open and required self-motiovation. I enjoyed having the freedom to do the work when I was available rather than having set class times.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was probably the discussion posts because I enjoyed seeing how each student interpreted the lersons being discussed. I found that my views often were different than the majority, but the teacher accepted them because I could back them up.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My number one tip is to not procrastinate and do the work. It is all very easy, so avoiding letting it build up. It also can be boring at times, but don't get discouraged because it should be an easy A and will be one of your first impressions as a student.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a required class for any LCCC student. No matter was degree you are going into you must complete this course. It isn't difficult, but you must show up. It might seem like a waste of time but it's the easiest class you'll take through college.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the group activities. We interacted with our classmates many times through out the course which i loved! If you're shy this class might be a struggle.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're shy, try and use this class to work on your communication skills. I suggest taking advantage of how easy this course is. It will boost your GPA if you get a good grade in the class which is very easy to do. ALWAYS show up to class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this course as an Early College student and this course definitely gave me some valuable information about what to expect in college, as well sharing stories about other students who have went from struggling to survive to succeeding in life.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot on this course, and although it has been many years since I've taken it, one thing that still sticks with me is that in college you're out what you put in, and that if you work hard you can make it no matter what obstacles surround you.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're considering this course, take it, when I took it as a high school freshman not knowing what to expect from college this really made it clear and made me more calm for school.
