Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

because you learn alot about your body stuff you didn't really know and parts you didn't know

    Course highlights:

learning all of my body parts.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

to always listen because if you get off track you will forget eveything you are being told and to never copy because its not the best thing to do and wont help when its time for the test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love having Kathy Durham as my instructor! I've had her in a previous biology class and I even requested her for my future science classes! She is hilarious and easy to talk to, and also very serious and concerned about the education for all of her students. She wants the best for everyone. She explains her lectures very well and in a professional manner, and she always reviews everything before going on to the next subject to insure that everyone understands what is being taught. I 100% recommend her as an instructor for any course she teaches!

    Course highlights:

We went into detail on the human body organ systems for a majority of the course. We would learn and study 2 maybe 3 organ systems at a time, took an exam on them, and then started learning about other organ systems. The final exam was completely cumulative, I recommend taking good notes. Another good thing about her as an instructor, she records her lectures and posts the podcasts up daily, so in case you miss a lecture or you were confused on a subject, you have the opportunity to go online and review the lecture as many times you'd like! And they stay up all semester so they're also good to listen to and review before an exam!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend taking good notes in her classes. Kathy will only quiz you on the material she discusses. So if she says it, write it. And I also recommend using the podcasts online as a reviewing tool. I would listen to them and rewrite my notes so they looked more organized and easier to study from when an exam was approaching. Also, don't be afraid to ask her for additional help, she is awesome and so nice!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a wonderful class to take but very hard to keep up with. You're main focus always has to be this course!

    Course highlights:

You can learn a lot from taking this course. Especially with how the body works & functions as well. Its pretty cool because you'll have a new understanding of how your body functions too.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

They tend to throw a lot of information at once at you. But if you take good note & stay on top of things you'll have no problem passing the class.
