    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Accounting 1 because there is no other class that will educate a student about business. Accounting can open many doors for students, and is necessary for those who would like to pursue a degree in business.

    Course highlights:

Not only do students learn about the basic principles of accounting in this class, at the end of the second semester, students will complete a simulation packet as if they were accountants for a large corporation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The first few weeks of the class are the foundation of accounting. You have to thoroughly know and fully understand the concepts of debits and credits because the rest of the course material builds on that. Accounting is a class that constantly builds on itself, and I recommend studying because otherwise it will be a nightmare.
