Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

GO TO COLLEGE! Education is the only medicine that the human brain needs. Don't do drugs or drink alcohol to help you with your emotional/psychological problems. Education made me happier than any alcoholic beverage, and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. If you don't like working for nothing or doing childish labor, go to college.

    Course highlights:

I liked learning better things. These classes taught me more than any past job has. I liked learning how business transactions are recorded and the proper way that they are to be handled. I like learning how to update company financial statements. I like learning calculating population growth rate or what the population will be in years to come. I like learning how to target the right customers or how to work with customers around your business. All are great things to learn.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions. Do your part, by reading and doing assignments ahead of time because that will help you get the answers to help you better understand how to do something or why they do it like that way. Don't be shy or afraid to ask questions or answer questions that the professor gives the class. Be proactive because you will get a better understanding of what you study, instead of just reading about it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Nerud was extremely helpful in his teaching style. He comprehensively goes over the relevant data and doesn't waist time with material that is not needed. He answers any and all questions. I would not recommend this course for people looking for an easy A. You need to put in the effort and actually do the homework assigned.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic and advance accounting procedures. I also found out what would be required of me if I were to go into the accounting field. However one of my favorite parts of the course would be when we looked at accounting practices today, in regards to fraudulent accounting practices and how people were able to get away with it for so long, and how they eventually got caught. For example, the Bernie Madoff scandal which we looked into.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take your time. Read the book thoroughly, but most importantly do the homework. A student must attend all classes so they can go over the material. If you miss a class it could really set you behind. The course builds on itself. What I mean by this is stuff you learn in the beginning will continued to be used and expanded upon.
