Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wasn't a fanatic of history in high school, the reason for that was the teachers just read from the text books, and I put no effort into understanding it. Once I entered Professor Phares Classroom, everything changed. He is a great story teller, and made you want to read the books he assigned to you. The two books he assigns are mandatory, but he teaches you ways to read for a purpose. Take good notes, make sure to read the material, and do not be late for class.

    Course highlights:

Learned how to take great notes. Most of the material we went over was in the test. I loved his story telling, and the pictures that came with the stories. He's not biased, the two books he assigns are two different point of views and he doesn't side with either of them, he shows the material as it is and tries giving you as much information as he can.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

read the two books he assigns, make sure to take notes and study them, and do not be late to class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Each lecture was very well thought out and put together. The course kept me interested and helped me better understand concepts. It was my favorite class of the semester.
