    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because, you learn alot about how life is. You learn that you can do this, or that. You learn that you can't do this, and this is allowed ; or what now. I am graduated from this class, but I got a c+. it is not much, but I assure you it is very hard. I was sitting there writing down, every word the teacher was saying, but I don't think that was the right thing to do. I think just to sit there, and listen is a better thing to do.

    Course highlights:

I learned business law, It was very focused on what you can, or cannot do. I recommend it for everyone.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say make sure you read the book carefully, and understand what you are reading. Also, I would recommend paying attention more than writing down notes. It is very information filled, so I would recommend listening well. Thank you Respectfully, Ovanes Polisadzhyan

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I went into the class just wanting to "tick a box" on my required course list. By the end of the first class I was hooked. The material was fascinating, and the professor found ways to explain concepts so they were relatable to us. Learning about copyright infringement was made so much more interesting when the professor played, "Blurred Lines", and examined the case with us!

    Course highlights:

This course gives a good snapshot of many types of law including: constitutional, contract, employment, and criminal. For anyone considering pursuing law or a double major, this class really gives a taste of the research and analytical thinking required in the legal field. I learned that I have a passion for research and have decided to take more law classes. After taking this class, I'm seriously considering law school!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Students must read and then re-read the material. There is a lot of vocabulary and it's imperative to really learn it. Later chapters depend on the foundation of earlier chapters so it's important not to just cram and remember enough to pass the test. The professor is tough and has high expectations of his students, but he is fair and kind. If you demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn and participate, he will be your greatest supporter and mentor.
